Cleland holds narrow lead over Chambliss

Cleland seems to have the upper hand in this race (not that he ever lost it), holding a 49-44 lead with just days to go before the election.

Gov Barnes (D) has a comfortable 11-point lead, allowing Democrats in the state to focus their attention on preserving Cleland's Senate seat.
