Turkey parliament delays war vote again

Turkey's parliament was supposed to debate the deployment of US forces on its soil today, but instead
postponed it until Saturday.

There's only one reason for such a delay -- the ruling party doesn't have the votes to pass the resolution. The extra two days will give the Turkish cabinet the opportunity to buy the votes it needs with US taxpayer funds ($7 billion in grants and nearly double that in loan guarantees).
