Bush: hurry up and drop bombs!

For the first time in Bush presidency, his re-elect numbers in the CNN/USA Today poll have fallen below 50 percent. 47 percent to be exact. The generic Democrat is at 39 percent.

His approval ratings are at 57 percent, also a post 9-11 low for this poll (the last one clocked in at 58 percent).

As for the war numbers, 57 percent approve war, but 40 percent only approve with UN backing. And -- this is big -- if Saddam destroys his missiles, support for war drops to 33 percent.
