Did Somebody Turn Off Bill Schneider's Life Support?

Bush's backdoor repeal of the corporate income tax is the bonehead's "play of the week." Which is true only in the same sense that Billy Buckner's little oops in the 1986 World Series was the "play of the century."

I know Schneider's been brain dead for years, but now it looks like putrification has set set in. So who pulled the plug?

Johnson isn't gonna be happy about this. Fox is already breathing down his neck in the living corpse department.

(For some reason I'm into zombie imagery today. Must have been the cannaloni last night.)
