Clark will join race

It's almost official:

Former NATO commander and political novice Wesley Clark has decided to join the 2004 White House race, making the retired four-star general the 10th Democratic presidential candidate, sources close to him said on Tuesday.
Of course, "sources close to" Daschle said he would enter the race, and Daschle opted out. So until Clark gets on that podium and utters the words, anything can happen.

I still think it's too late for him, starting at a huge financial and organizational disadvantage. He would've been better served entering three months ago. But we'll see. I've been known to be wrong.
