The Supreme Court has agreed to rule on the 9th Circuit decision to strike down the words "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance.

Two interesting wrinkles -- first, Scalia has recused himself from the case. The second -- the ruling will come next June, just in time to become an explosive campaign issue.
